The environment is very clean loaded with amenities and various restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The nearest train station is just 12 minutes walk away. Reception service is top notch and really manage to cater to most of our requests. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Paul was exceptionally kind. The hotel has two locations. Single bed lofts are in building 8 and two bed lofts are in building 5. When I arrived late, the transfer service was unavailable, so he walked me to the next building. It was just a five minute walk, but I appreciate the kind service. In the building of my loft, I didn't understand how to turn on the heat, so a young lady at the front desk walked me to my room and showed me how to use the air remote controller. The included breakfast was from KFC and is hung on your doorknob at 7am. Also, the hotel I stayed in is a 40 floor residential building with lofts being rented out for guest. Very quiet. Super comfortable bed. Hot water. Free milk and coconut milk. Towels. Wash clothes. Hand towels. Hot water kettle. USB outlet. And it in Cloud Park which has countless food options and coffee shops. Room is huge. Night scenery was good. Newly renovated. The bath products were good too.

The waiter is attentive and it takes ten minutes to get to the station. There is a shopping mall downstairs, and there is also a street of authentic shops where you can find food.
