Very good experience, the service was nice and room was clean. The oom is very big. It is very close to the shopping mall which is very convenient.

The room was large and comfortable. When we checked out, it was raining cats and dogs. The check out staff offered us free disposable raincoats.

Room is big but no fridge. Beds could be bigger as I share one of the beds with my wife. They upgraded us to a higher floor which is quieter to avoid the noise from the ktv downstairs which helped a lot. Thanks!

Other then the location that is super close to Wanda Plaza, everything about this hotel is just average. I appreciate that the hotel extended the check-out time to 2 pm, however, they cut off the access to the elevator and your room after 12 pm, which means you either checkout at 12 or if you still want to stay in the hotel, DO NOT leave your room from 12-2pm, otherwise you cannot get back inside. I went out to have breakfast and returned after 12 which ended up asking other people who just check-in to help me access to my floor and find a cleaning lady to help me open my room door.

Breakfast is cold (no warm keeping), service is bad, room and overall decoration is old , desk surface worn out. No heat (winter). The only good thing is Block 2 is very near to 萬達廣場
