The guest helped the hotel front desk staff to turn off the water valve. The hotel did not communicate and negotiate to deal with the problem immediately, and did not pay attention to the residents' experience of staying, which seriously affected the night's rest. Concerned about the safety of hotel facilities. Negotiations were fruitless, and I complained to customer service many times, but there was no substantial progress. Residents were only told to report complaints, but there was no handling attitude from the headquarters. I have filed a complaint with the Consumers Association, hoping for a satisfactory resolution. It is really disappointing. The hotel is at risk of flooding. The hotel has no maintenance personnel on duty, has poor service awareness, and has a poor attitude in handling problems. Guests are forced to accept their opinions on how to deal with the problem.

I stayed in Juzi for a few days and felt it was very convenient. There were robots delivering food, and there was a gym for exercise. There was also a laundry room, and the facilities were very complete. Thumbs up
