Hotel is new. But the room design is weird, unlike normal hotel room with only a small window.

My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Skytel Shenzhen Central Park Branch. The hotel’s modern design and comfortable rooms provided a cozy retreat, while its central location offered easy access to local attractions and dining. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our visit enjoyable. A great option for a couples’ getaway in Shenzhen.

In terms of service, one of the staff Anna really stood out among all. She’s really polite, friendly and helpful in providing information on how to travel from Shenzhen to hongkong. It was our last night in Shenzhen and her service sweeten our stay and left a good impression on this hotel ! Pretty on point. Our cleaning auntie is very friendly as well. Love the room layout and it’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. And shoutout to the coffee IYUAN. It’s a must try for his coffee. Love the strong aromatic flavour. Will come back to this hotel if I visit Shenzhen!! Till the next time.

a 4-storey hotel which is very clean and has very helpful and nice staff. when we arrived, a staff helped us carry our luggages up the stairs and led us to the reception desk ti check-in
dana and amber helped with our checkout and helped us to store our luggages as we wanted to explore the city hefore our ferry :)

Very helpful staff. The room is big and clean. Very nice to have a late check out. Just a downside is not all sockets are working.

It is very affordable, clean and spacious rooms..I booked a no window room since I was hardly in my room but it didn’t feel like my room didn’t have a window it was beautiful

I recently stayed at Skytel Hotel and had an amazing experience. The reception team, especially BOB and Anna, was incredibly welcoming and professional. From the moment I arrived, BOB and Anna made sure every detail was handled perfectly, ensuring a smooth check-in and making me feel right at home.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities needed for a great stay. The staff is attentive, and any request was met with prompt service. I would highly recommend Skytel Hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing stay!
