hotel strategically located, near mrt station & malls.kudos to front desk staff, were quick to extend their help to hail cab at 3am to the airport. The breakfast place is small with limited seats, were seated outside the restaurant to eat at the waiting area. room gets stuffy 🥵at night when its aircond doesn't work, but rectified almost immediately. Bed's comfy but found long strand of hair(not mine)on the comforter 😖😓

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen from July 8 to July 12, 2024, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, surrounded by plenty of dining options and a mall just a short walk away, making it very convenient for both business and leisure activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; my room was spotless, and the entire property maintained high standards throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests, which made me feel welcomed. The facilities were top-notch, with my room equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options to start the day right. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The location is great with a metro station just below the hotel. There is also a shopping mall below the hotel and great walking street nearby. Room is comfortable and aircon as well as breakfast is great. Highly recommended.

It is so conveniently located for everything, food, shopping, transportation( right above the MYR station). Breakfast is great, lobby is pleasant and spacious. I will stay at this hotel whenever I come toShenzhen..

The counter crew are super warm and helpful, they would go above and beyond to assist the best they can. The hotel is at such a fantastic location for food and shopping. Bonus that it seats by the train station. The surrounding streets are bustling with liveliness. We enjoyed our daily hotel breakfast, they switched things around all 4 days so it was a pleasant surprise every morning. Room size is huge, beds are very comfortable, facilities are well maintained, and shower pressure is strong too. Would definitely return and recommend!

Being located next to LaoJie station and DongMen area, this hotel is a must-book because of convenience and good cheap foods. Will come here again. Thanks
