This hotel is the perfect stay for couples or families! It’s only a few minutes walk from the train and MTR stations, making it super convenient. 😄 The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is stylish, modern, clean, and well-equipped. The three-pronged plugs make it easier for travelers from Hong Kong. We had a pleasant stay at Pullman and will definitely come again! 🥰

The hotel is conveniently located above the Shen Zhen north station. Staff are nice and helpful. We have ordered a non-smoking room yet when we came into the room, we found a very strong smoking scent. Luckily the staff offered changing to another room quickly when we called. Overall the stay was nice.

Great authentic Cantonese and western food options. The location was perfect- very close to the train station, with a complementary taxi ride to the station if you had a lot of luggage (we preferred walking the 5 minute distance).

Everything was perfect! It was our family trip, celebrating my two children’s birthday. The hotel had prepared cakes upon our arrivals and arranged us a connecting rooms. The breakfast was nice. The afternoon tea was quite surprising. The overall service was excellent and we had a wonderful stay.

Location is perfect for anyone who needs to travel by train. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of western and Chinese options. Would highly recommend.

The lobby and the room is nice with tremendous view of the city. Ms. Winnie gave us great service, she is professional and helpful.

Great location, located right next to Shenzhen North Station. Clean and spacious room. The staff there was super helpful and friendly and provide great advice helping travellers get around the city. Highly recommended.
