I recently booked a stay at Sentosa Hotel for my aunt and uncle, and I’m thrilled to report that their experience was absolutely fabulous! From the moment they checked in until their departure, every aspect of their stay was impeccable, making their visit to downtown unforgettable. First off, let’s talk cleanliness. My aunt is particularly picky when it comes to the cleanliness of hotel rooms, and Sentosa Hotel passed with flying colors! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh throughout their stay. It’s evident that the hotel takes great pride in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Location, location, location! Sentosa Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, offering easy access to all the city’s best attractions, dining, and shopping. My aunt and uncle loved being in the center of it all, making their exploration of the city both convenient and enjoyable. Whether they were looking for a leisurely stroll in a nearby park or a lively evening out, everything was just a short walk or a quick ride away. However, what truly set Sentosa Hotel apart was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every interaction, from the front desk to housekeeping, was met with genuine smiles and a helpful attitude. My aunt and uncle couldn’t stop praising how the staffers went above and beyond to ensure their comfort, offering local recommendations and attending to all their needs with enthusiasm. The hotel is close to subway station, so it is convenient to reach. The room is really big and have everything you need for your stay. Staff is helpful. Special thx to 薛之谦 who called and informed my gf , her glassses were left in the hotel room so we could return and get them back from the reception desk.

Will Come BK AGAIN: During my recent trip to a bustling metropolis, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hamps Hotel, renowned for its excellent amenities and impeccable service. First Impressions: From the moment I stepped into the Hamps Hotel, I was captivated by its grandeur and elegance. The lobby exuded sophistication, adorned with exquisite chandeliers and luxurious furnishings. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel instantly welcomed. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a superior guest experience were evident from the very beginning. Room and Amenities: Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and tasteful decor. The room was immaculately clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-stocked mini-bar, a coffee machine, and a large flat-screen television. The en-suite bathroom was equally impressive, equipped with luxurious toiletries and a rain shower that provided a refreshing experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The customer service provided by Esme was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent, with a subway entrance located just downstairs. The surrounding environment is quiet and convenient, making it the perfect location for a business trip. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The location is excellent ! Close to metro where you can choose Line 1 and 3. There is a mall, reatuarant, cafe,24 hrs convenient shop. There is a large gym and 2 swimming pools. The restuarant nearby is open to 5 am [5 am.. yes!!] Over all is at 5 star hotel standard. They provide everything you need during your stay. The room and rest room are clean but the carpet smell ..old and dusty. Breakfast is good. Overall is sastified.

The stay was really lovely. No problems whatsoever. What we found a bit annoying was the light switch system, because it was not centralized. We had to manually walk to every corner where the light was on and turn it off. The isolation has room for improvement, slight noise from the outside slipped in to our room, but not loud enough to disturb us.

I originally booked this hotel just for the swimming pool, but it's a pity that it's not open yet. It was a waste. I brought a big bag of swimming equipment. Very disappointed. Feeling a bit cheated. Although the room is large and equipped with new equipment, five-star facilities, quietness and sound insulation, the front desk service is also very good, but it lacks a little smile. There is no smell in the toilet and everything is very clean. You can also see that the Jade Terrace is great. There are no bathtubs and no swimming pools, which are the biggest drawbacks. If you indicate this when booking, you will be deducted points.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, and breakfast and late-night snacks were OK. The room has been upgraded. There is a bit of back odor from the sewer, but everything else is OK.

The hotel is very nice and all the facilities work as advertised. The staff was helpful and responsive. However the location is in an office building heavy neighborhood and there were not many good food options within walking distance. I would not say the subway is easily accessible either. However, it was not difficult/expensive to take a taxi to more restaurant focused neighborhoods.

Staff (Josie & her colleagues) were helpful in giving us recommendations on where to go & where to eat, and booking taxis for us.
