Don't stay in the rooms behind the bookstore; the washing machine next door is super loud at night. The breakfast isn't good, so eat out instead. The front desk on the first floor has a guesthouse kind of vibe, haha. You'd be much happier with the rooms on the second or third floor. What do you expect for 500 RMB during a holiday? It's close to Futian Port, about a 20-minute drive. Consider parking at the hotel; it's 60 RMB for a day.

Nothing fancy, but the details are really well-executed. The bedding is comfortable, it's quiet at night, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff are all very polite and quick to respond to any issues. It's great value for money and I felt very secure staying here.

Great location, plenty of food options and malls within walking distance. The room was small but had everything we needed, and they even provided Chinese power outlets, which was a thoughtful touch. Hot water was good too. Overall, I recommend this place.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The rooftop sky garden offers a delightful view. The hotel is right next to Lianhua Mountain Park, making an evening stroll after dinner super comfortable and relaxing. It's just one subway stop to Huaqiangbei for shopping and sightseeing, and the Gangsha Hui downstairs has a dazzling night view. Getting to the Shopping Park bar street is convenient, and it's hassle-free to grab a drink with friends. The front desk service is attentive, making for a perfect stay and travel experience.

Great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—very convenient and close to both the subway and high-speed rail station, making it easy to get around. It’s also easy to travel to and from the airport. The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying here, and I would definitely come back again!

The location was decent but not particularly close to anything worthwhile. There appears to be quite a few local restaurants behind the hotel if you fancy those particular cuisines. We had one room with windows and another without. The photos are of my room which did not have windows but it had the big nightscape wall. The light for that wall can be switched off. The one with windows had small windows not worth mentioning. Other than that the rooms were a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The hotel itself lacked amenities such as a gym and laundry room. During our check-in we were not provided with a wi-fi card that had the name and password to connect to their wifi so there was some running around before they asked if I was given the card. Also one of the rooms did not have a “DND / Clean-up” card to hang outside the door, so we had to inform the cleaning lady every morning whether or not to clean the room. Little things like this would make a difference to the experience for the hotel guests.

To avoid a long commute during the exhibition, I found a hotel nearby. When I checked in late at night, the front desk told me that my room might have some outdoor noise in the morning, so they offered a free upgrade to a different room type. The value for money was pretty good, and the location was easy to find with a huge, free parking lot right in front. There are also many snack stalls on the small street next door, offering a wide variety of choices. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vello Hotel in Shenzhen. The location is excellent, only a two-minute walk from Metro Station with direct access to Futian. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were modern, tidy, and comfortable. We especially loved the quiet air conditioning and had a fantastic night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon snacks were also a lovely bonus. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and spoke very good English. As we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday, the hotel kindly provided us with a complimentary birthday cake, which was a very thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Shenzhen.

This stay was at the Intercity Hotel Futian Huanggang in Shenzhen. The room was comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the Huazhu TV cast screen feature was very convenient. The bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and promptly offered water upon arrival. The mini-fridge was stocked with Coke and dark beer, and the delivery robots for room service and takeout were efficient. Overall, it offered great value for money and a very good hotel experience. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of cold dishes and a wide variety of hot food. I'd say it's among the best for this type of hotel, and I definitely enjoyed a hearty meal. The location is very convenient, situated in the central Futian area, close to the subway and train station, making it ideal for business travelers. It's also a good choice for tourists visiting Shenzhen, as most places are accessible by subway.

My stay was exceptionally comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and had a cozy, inviting layout. The staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive. The location offers convenient transportation and excellent amenities. The hotel provides outstanding value for money, and my overall impression was very positive. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips.
