深圳老牌富人區裏的老牌酒店，類似於政府迎賓館之類的，地理位置、生態環境很好，門前就是銀湖公園.前幾年翻新過，整體有歷史感但不會陳舊. 市場化管理，服務理念、態度都很不錯，高爾夫體驗也挺有價值～ 唯一美中不足的是游泳池拆了正在重建新樓，希望新樓的設計能有户外無邊游泳池，那樣的話整個酒店會高大上更多.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel! I was here on a work trip, and was able to text them over WeChat if I needed the room cleaned or sheets changed while I was away at business meetings. Very accommodating, and an amazing space. This place would be $300 a night in the states. If I come back I will be staying here again. The breakfast was okay, and is better than most of the food spots you could order in from.

The Castle Hotel is INCREDIBLE. I've been staying here for over ten years. This is one of the best values in China. Amazing restaurants for breakfast and dinner and the staff is as you expect with a world class experience. If you are in Longgang this is the only hotel you should consider for its immaculate rooms, local restaurants, management and staff. Vicky Hu has been pure gold with each visit and has gone out of her way to make a foreigner feel welcome. Thank you Vicky! Cannot wait for my next visit.

One of the best holiday villa with best rooms and service. Enjoyed the very best with my family . they have a very good support care for my dog also . They had arranged beddings for my dog also. If you want to have a relaxing rest with the private pool this is the best place. Nearby to major attractions . Good enjoyable stay

The hotel is well located next to the Electronics Street and Dream-on mall. The room is clean and we extended one more night as it is easy access to the places we planned to visit. Would recommend to friends when they are visiting Shenzhen.
