This hotel is absolutely fantastic and deserves a great review! 🥰 It's right next to Zhongshan Park, Nantou Ancient City, and the subway station, plus it has a spacious courtyard for parking. I booked it because I planned to visit Nantou Ancient City. I've stayed at Atour hotels in many cities and always had a good experience, but this Shenzhen location was full of pleasant surprises. The atmosphere is very artistic and cozy, and it's incredibly clean and quiet! Let me share some details: The front desk staff were super friendly and patiently handled all requests. Room service was prompt, and food deliveries were brought directly to the room by a robot – no annoying calls for minor confirmations. Every afternoon, there were different complimentary desserts available. The in-room kettle was excellent, heating up quickly, and the outlets were already plugged in, saving me the hassle of searching every time. And the shower in the bathroom – it had two showerheads you could switch between, which was very thoughtful, and the water pressure was great, making for a really comfortable wash! I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen!
