Although the hotel has no public facilities, the surrounding area is convenient, and there is a convenience store at the door, which can solve breakfast and supper. There are also several parking spaces at the door, so you can stop at the door if you are lucky. You can also park in the underground garage of the building. Due to the shortage of parking spaces during the exam, the entrance and basement were full. The waiter directed us to the garage of the building next door, saying that the parking fee during our stay was reimbursable. The manager of the garage in the building next door told us to charge 15 yuan a day for parking. We almost lost our ears. I have always thought that I must have heard it wrong. Until the next day I checked out, it was really 15 yuan, and I was reimbursed immediately when I took it back to the hotel reception. I have always believed that consumption in Shenzhen is high, and I never thought that there would be such an affordable parking fee. You know it costs 16 yuan an hour in Guangzhou! It will not turn on after check-in, and it will turn on when check-out or vacancy. There is a smart toilet in the room, a mirror, and projection movies on the bed. The room is new but has no peculiar smell, the air conditioner is cold enough, and the shower water is large and comfortable. You can tell that the hotel is in a classy area of Shenzhen, the area is very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a few meters from Nonglin subway station. Very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is small, but the room is spacious and modern. The whole environment is very clean and pleasant. My room has an overhead projector TV, thus the screen is very large. There's a wide choice of free movies to choose from. The remote control needs some getting used to though. The buffet breakfast is generous with lots of choice. I will surely stay there again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

The location is good, the service is okay, neither exceptionally good nor bad. One positive aspect is that they provide tea at the front desk in the morning. The biggest downside is that the room is on the ground floor and has a damp smell. The bedding is also damp, and there are noticeable signs of mold on the sink.

We liked the hotel location and amenities, especially the self-service laundry room and the late night noodles in the dining room. The hotel is conveniently located next to a big shopping mall (KK One) and has a subway station right in front. Many food options and coffee shops nearby. The only caveat is the check-in experience. When we arrived at the check in time, the hotel receptionist said we couldn't check in because the previous guest hadn't checked out. And they recommend we purchase the Atour membership for ~280 RMB to get an upgraded room so that we can check in now, otherwise we'd have to wait indefinitely for the previous guest to check out. This seems scammy. We complained to Trip.com and they helped us resolve it with the hotel who then gave us the upgrade for free.

since checking in at around 5pm, the room upstairs kept making noises such as footsteps or chair dragging. the hotel was able to change another room for me. but i have already spent a good number of hours in the troubled room before that. the room changing was a hassle to me although it was not too big a deal. I would comment the troubled room was not perfectly fit for tenancy as it was apparently very sensitive to surrounding noises , i'd like to suggest the hotel install further sound proof device to mitigate the noises before next assignment. finally. i hope trip.com can refund me some trip points for my next hotel stay. the 4xx dollars for this stay was not worth it with regards to the hassle it brought
