First of all, parking is very convenient and solves the problem of parking spaces. The service of the guy at the front desk is very warm. The room is clean, spacious and cost-effective. It is very convenient to travel. Highly recommended. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here many times. The lady at the front desk is very nice. The environment is good. The location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere and there are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel must be a bit older and the facilities are a bit dilapidated. I took the room and went in to see that the floor was still wet. Is it because microbiology had just been done? I looked at the toilet and found that the floor was completely wet. Later I discovered that the toilet is wet no matter what, probably because there is no window. There was a broken light in the room, so I asked the girl at the front desk to change it. She was very responsible and someone came up quickly. The hotel is in a good location. If you go out and take a turn, the whole street is full of food and it is very lively at night.

Nice hotel, nice room, specious room and clean. Wide spread of food served (buffet) in the morning. Location quite far from Qinghu Bei metro station about 18 mins walk. Nice and friendly Front Staffs during check out ( Ms. Jolin & Ms. Rena).

The hotel was beyong my expectation. The location was fairly good and not too far from Metro station. With mobile phone map APP, it was not difficult to arrive. The reception was nice and upgraded me to better room since I was gold tier of Jinjiang Group. The room was very clean and room size was big enough for my enjoy. The bathroom was also not too small and I felt comfortable with shampoo provided (much better than other chain hotels). The hotel provided adequate towels that I can use for different purpose. In general, it was a nice stay and I will come back again.

It’s my first time to visit Shenzhen. I took the high-speed train from Guangzhou. Shenzhen North Station is not far from this hotel. You can get there by bus. My children and I chose a theme hotel with complete facilities and comfortable facilities. The service of the lady No. 208 was very good. Next This is my first time visiting Shenzhen and I chose this hotel.

I wrote this again because I booked two room separately.:) The hotel is a good pick for such a price range, location, and choice of food. Room: Good hygiene. The air-conditioner is not very strong but quite acceptable. Equipped with air purifier. Location: There is tram within 5 minutes walk, that lead to nearby train station. The location is not at city-center of SZ but still a good choice for people not too rigid about staying within middle of city centre. Breakfast/Night snack: You probably can get free breakfast (serve from 07:00) and free night snack (serve from 21:30 to 23:00). The food chocie is exceptional given the price range of this hotel and they offer it free. The food is of good quality and I strongly recommend to try it out. Service: The usual service for this branded hotel. Not the best among all of this branded hotel I have visited but still an acceptable range. Would not complain anything as they are not the main point of my trip. Overall: Very positive because of the food.
