The hotel is good overall, the room air conditioning and cooling effect is not very good, but fortunately, after contacting the front desk to change a room, it is completely no problem, the service attitude is very good, especially the front hall is small, very warm, very polite, still very satisfied

The room is well-equipped and clean. The front desk and the cleaning aunts are very enthusiastic. The ceiling lamp on the desk should be broken. It was a bit dark when I was preparing for the interview. The cleaning aunt brought me a desk lamp. Thumbs up! In fact, if the kitchen aunt's attitude was a little better, it would be perfect if she felt a little fierce!

The hotel location is close to the subway exit B. Although it’s a bit far from the city centre, in our opinion it is still quite convenient. Cleanliness is great and we were thinking of coming back. Unfortunately we were greatly disappointed by the 7th floor cleaning lady. She showed a very unhappy face and rudely teased us “if all customers are like you, asking for some more water, it will be a disaster” when we asked for only a few more bottles of water (where we needed it for a medical reason). This made us feel this hotel doesn’t have good hospitality. We have reflected this issue to the reception during check out who constantly begged and pestered us to give them all 5 stars for the review. If you actually wanted return customers and weren't just begging for five star ratings, hopefully customer service will improve in the future so that you can earn a well-deserved five stars. Also, when we checked in we asked for non smoking room, the reception guy assured us the whole hotel is smoke-free. However, for the second night we stayed, where someone moved in the room next to us, they smoked in the midnight and it somehow got into the ventilation air conditioning system and our room. It was very unpleasant but we didn’t complaint as it was in the midnight and we were too tired. Also we found it is not a smoke-free hotel (see photos). The hotel rooms are 4-7 floors, they provide ear buds as it’s close to the busy road. Ask for higher floors if you are light sleeper. We didn’t use any amenities so can’t comment and give it a 4 star.

The location of the hotel is very close to the examination room. It can be reached within ten minutes on foot, so I booked this hotel. Let’s talk about the shortcomings first: I was given a tail room. The air conditioner was very noisy. Looking at the picture, four air conditioner outdoor units are rumbling under my window sill. The noise stopped in the middle of the night. Not sure if it's an air conditioner or a hot water boiler. The door lock was broken and there was no latch inside. It was very unsafe and uneasy for a girl to live outside alone. The air conditioner does not cool. Let’s talk about the advantages: There seems to be very little parking lot here. Fortunately, this hotel has a parking lot. The parking is standard and the location is sufficient. Check out at 2 pm and have a place to stay and take a rest after taking the exam. Never take the tail room! ! ! ! It’s so noisy! ! ! !

The room is of moderate size, clean and hygienic. The handsome guy at the front desk checked in very quickly and provided polite service. There is a self-service beverage at the front desk. I had a cup of iced milk tea, which was refreshing. What was even more surprising was that they provided a free three-purpose mobile phone charging cable, unlike other hotels that require scanning and paying for charging. They also provided mosquito coils. The quilt was clean, the mattress was high-end, and I slept very comfortably. No deposit was required, and check-out was quick and simple the next day.

The hotel is very good, the service is good, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding restaurants are also convenient, and the price is not high.

The hotel is located at Exit B of Zhongshan Park Station on Metro Line 12. Very convenient. Close to Nantou Ancient City. You can take Exit D of Zhongshan Park Station and go straight to the right to see the entrance of Nantou Ancient City. The hotel is very new. There is fast charging for charging. The windows in the room can be opened to allow air circulation. It's very good to order takeout, and the front desk will arrange for food to be delivered to the room.
