I like the room set up. everything you need is available and you will feel comfortable and can relax without worries. its peaceful and quiet and the projector screen in the room gives plus factor in the room. breakfast is good. you can wash your clothes compliments of the hotel at the laundry area. the Front desk ladies are all great and amazing at their job and they are ready to help you with whatever you need. restaurants everywhere in the area. metro train station that is daxin station is around 5-10mins walk. lots of 24hrs shops in the area. its in the old commercial area of shenzhen not the modern one so theres element of vintage vibes in the area.

This hotel is very close and definitely walking distance to shekou. The train station is opposite the hotel. Check in was smooth and very professional. The room is not that big but has all the amenities one could expect. This hotel is just a clean ordinary hotel that is close to amenities and good for a short stay. The breakfast is good and they have a variety. I will stay here again if I want a night out of town

Alice service is very attentive and professional. She and her colleagues had arranged nicely for my birthday including beautiful bouquet and simple room decorations. Before my arrival, Angela is also helping the booking arrangement. The hotel design has wow us and the buffet breakfast is good. The overall ambiance and the experience is outstanding and we will definitely come back next time. Thanks to Shangri-la for this great stay.

Hotel check in process was quick and accurate. Lack of hotel introductions. Need to ask about the hotel info instead of being intro. But it alright. Housekeeping was very well prepared and many amenities were able to accommodate. Which was great. Even at 2am. I asked for mosquito repeller they were quick delivers. Most problem was in F&B department. So at 12 pm. I went to the bakery shop to ask for the cakes order. Ask can they send to room. They rejected. So I said ok. I will come pick up at night. I may purchase now or need pre- order ? They informed me. Preorder is not necessary and I may return at night to purchase. They close at 9pm. So I return to the bakery shop. Unfortunately cake was needed to preorder before 2pm on the day. So I wasn’t able to enjoy it. Only macaroons were available … was very disappointed since the options were not much left. The hostess also dropped and broken the macaroons I picked. Sure not on purpose. But cost me were able to enjoy the flavour I wished for. If I could have preordered this wouldn’t had happened. So after enquiring about the cakes. I headed for lunch there. Good quality had surprised me. Very nice deal in fact. $329 HKD (RMB ¥298) for two person , unfortunately the service was not on point, waiter weren’t able to serve food correctly. Also tends to not attend to tables. Dishes were not changed in every course. They fire course all at once. Didn’t clear the plates away even it was finished. We had to repeatedly asked they or clear themselves out at night as well. Dinner also had the same situation . Overall. I just think the F&B department need more training. The hotel itself is really great. Good location. Room is clean. Housekeeping courtesy’s is even better the restaurants. Ambient was really on point. Let hope not the F&B department to cause this nice hotel to close since it just opened.

Taxi drivers do not find this hotel and bring it to the mall. We need to tell them to drive around the shopping center and see the entrance to the high-rise building. Otherwise, everything is fine!

The service was great ,小管家was very responsive and got free night time milk,the view was very good and the gym was open 24h theres a KKone shopping centre just 3 minutes walk away i strongly recommend to try it out

The hotel was recommended by a friend last minute. Front desk reception gave us an upgraded room , thank you 🫶🏼 Pro- Location was easy to find / Various cafes & restaurants And convenience store within walking distances / Spacious room and friendly staffs. Con- TV in the room only allows Mirroring with local channels. Wall was a bit too thin as we could hear a crying baby from next door.. from night til morning. We had complimentary breakfasts that provided Asian & Western food. I would say the selections were rather limited and the place was quite small. There were groups of people having meetings around us so it was quite disturbing.. If you want to have a peaceful meal, can eat at the outdoor area instead. Overall good value for an overnight trip!

Awesome experience and hospitality. The staff is kind to provide us early check in as my friend need breast feed. Location is located really just infront of huanggang mrt station. You could found all food, massage and entertainment opposite the road. The famous dimdoudak dimsum is also walking distance. The room is clean and cozy, comfortable duvet and pillow, we had a great rest and even check out late to enjoy the day. Free laundry and gym is provided at L4. Overall it is an awesome experience and we will definitely be back for next stay

We had an amazing stay!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and they gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and showers were also well equipped. It’s right outside fumin metro station and it’s close to coco park too! In the morning I asked where we can go to have breakfast. It was before 7 am so the staff said they would send the breakfast up to our room and it was delivered fresh within 5 minutes. This hotel is great and we will come again!
