Terrible room, not clean dead flies bodies in the toilet, dirt in the towel, dusty, plus you can clearly hear what's going on next door and TV turn it on it self; I moved to somewhere else after staying there one night.

Great room for one night for a mates wedding breakfast was also very good

Great location and value for money, although starting to look dated inside

Shower had no pressure and not very hot . Room cold no  heating. Bedding was only sheet when we ask for a duvet was given a sheet to keep warm . Plus they only had one bath towel for a couple. Won’t be staying here again . Very disappointed with noise early in morning

Over a weekend in late January 2022 my wife and I booked our three grown-up children and our grandchildren (a party of 13 in all) into the Warren Lodge Hotel, Shepperton,  arriving on Saturday afternoon and leaving after breakfast on Sunday morning. It was not for any special occasion, just an affordable venue where we could all meet together in convivial surroundings after all the restrictions over Covid.    What a delightful and happy experience.  The hotel - a quaint, tucked-away, historic riverside inn with good quality modern bedroom accommodation and extensive riverside terraces - was  a refreshing example of what hotels should be; neither overly-priced, characterless, pretentious, nor ultra-modern.  The staff were as friendly and obliging as one could wish. I could say that nothing was too much to ask, but they went out of their way to see we enjoyed  our brief stay.  A four-course dinner in a private room on Saturday night was perfect yet breakfast on Sunday morning was unbelievable! No printed menu listing limited options you can have; just 'what would you like?' and everything and every combination of food came out  just as ordered.       What a stay! I thoroughly recommend the Warren Lodge to those who appreciate good value, good service and friendly accommodation.

Fantastic place Lovely rooms & Absolutely fantastic staff Couldn't have felt more at home Tranquil location and a fab beer garden looking out over the thames so you can sit and watch the boats go by whist having something to eat with a nice cold pint? Missed breakfast as I was in a rush but made me a fantastic bulging bacon sandwich and some fruit to take with me Bar & reception staff 10/10 Kitchen & breakfast staff 10/10 Accommodation 10/10 Location 10/10 Plenty of parking too Hidden Gem in my opinion Hopefully will be back next time I am in the area

Stayed overnight and was given a lovely room with river views and our own terrace! Lovely staff. Definitely will be returning. Superb location and a lovely building. Bed was very comfortable. Recommend room 12.
