小城市裡麪的大風景，前台的服務很好，遺憾的是早餐一般，基本都是冷餐。
前台也推薦可以去早餐店吃，

Bien que les installations soient récentes et que l'hôtel est bien situé dans la Ville, c’est la pire expérience client que je n’ai jamais eu. Nous voyageons beaucoup que ce soit pour le travail ou pour les loisirs, mais je n’ai jamais été aussi déçue du personnel notamment une certaine employée qui avait une arrogance. Je ne recommanderai jamais votre hôtel à qui que ce soit.

Pour avoir déjà séjournée au Times, très déçue que le déjeuner ne soit plus inclus, pas de bouteilles d'eau gratuites dans les chambres. Son plus proche compétiteur offre le déjeuner complet et des bouteilles d'eau. De plus, la climatisation n'était pas fonctionnelle.

Wow! Wonderful Staff - Very friendly & accommodation.
My friend was staying there for the weekend of JDQ.
I was supposed to go on Saturday but because I got a free ticket I decided to go with my friend. So once I got there I asked the front desk for the price because online was way too expensive for the time of my arrival.
Make sure to review your invoice AT THE END OF YOUR STAY. I didn't park my car at the hotel since I needed to charge my Tesla in a parking nearby and pay over there instead. Hotel Times charges 26$ a day for parking it adds up. Especially when you did not use it. With that the breakfast + 12$/day.
Because it was there for my son JDQ - I did not have time to have breakfast the first night so I asked to put it for my second day instead - since I didn't have that one included All that to say, all that extra charge when you did not use it brings the amount of your stay $$$. Luckily she gave me 50$ cheaper than the one for my Saturday stay. So I agreed to book for Friday night as well. Again, in the end, the 50$ discount was not applied. I still have to call to arrange that, Regardless it was beautiful nice people. I'm sure they will correct that mistake. Probably just a computer auto-price function.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à cet hotel et nous avons grandement apprécié notre expérience. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympatique, très bon service. Le hall est magnifique avec la vue sur la lac et terasse adjacente. Nous sommes allés faire un tour à la piscine, elle est un peu petite mais très agréable, la température de l'eau est parfaite. La chambre est très bien insonorisée, nous n'avons pas été dérangés et les lits sont confortable. Très propre. Et que dire de l'emplacement, très bien situé. Nous y retournerons l'an prochain c'est certain.

My 9 year old granddaughter and I went to Sherbrooke for the recent total eclipse and stayed at the Grand Times Hotel. The staff was fabulous! So very helpful! The signal for my phone was lost when I entered Sherbrooke and my Tom Tom signal quit as well so I had no gps navigation in a city I hadn’t visited before. The people at the front desk assisted in every way with mapping out places we wanted to go, calling taxis for us and even when I lost my car keys!! I can’t speak highly enough of the staff! The hotel was very nice, our room overlooked Lac des Nations with beautiful views, beds were comfy, and there was a heated pool to enjoy! My granddaughter wants to return!

Enjoyed my stay. This hotel helped me when another in the area failed me. It was very clean, also an easy check in experience. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when I come back into Canada!!!!! Quiet area was able to go take my meetings and relax after.
