It eas very nice have floors and not carpeting. Could tell that they were clean.
Carpeting is always so nasty in older buildings , this was nice, clean and quiet.

The place is clean, run down, lots of patch work on the walls (bathroom) needs paint, no remote for TV.. he gave me a remote.. couldn't turn tv on but did work channels and sound

staff were friendly and room was ok. Bed base was metal and noisy. Just rolling over caused the metal to ping. Heater fan was also noisy (not unusual in cheaper motels), it wasn't overly cold so I turned it off.
