Best Hotels near Northern Culture Museum & Shimizuen Garden, Shibata

I booked a deluxe room for 3 adults and 1 child 11 years old. I was asked to bring one extra bed and the amenities for four people. There were only 3 sets of bath towels and face towels, so I asked for one, and they were very responsive and delivered quickly. It was one of my most memorable trips with my family, so I'm very satisfied. Since it's not within easy reach, I had a very comfortable stay for two nights.

We stayed in a twin room after renovation. It is widely used and satisfactory. Breakfast was also enough for free, and there were menus along the theme, salad and fruit. The location is a little walk to the station and it is less 々 far to Mandai, so it may be playing with the service. It was thankful for the child to put breakfast in the box and eat it in the room. Stayed during the Changgang Fireworks Conference, the price is higher than usual, but quality service, convenient transportation and delicious meals still make people feel good value for money. It takes 4 stops to take the bus to Niigata Station. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the bus station. You can also walk from the underground street with a very historical feeling. It is very cool in summer. It is 1000 yen to take a taxi to the train station. There are many temples and shrines around the hotel, as well as the old sites of the consulates in the countries of the year, 8 minutes walk from the Niigata Art Museum. From the hotel room you can see the Sea of Japan directly and walk to the beach for a quarter of an hour. Going out is the famous Huajie in Niigata, restaurants, pubs and clubs are all around. The hotel has a very rich breakfast, curry rice, omelet and yogurt are very good. The Marco Polo Restaurant and the Sapporo Restaurant are great, and there is a famous Chinese restaurant. The room bath is pola, the bath salt is DHC. Very characteristic is the quilt cover, is made with Japanese and paper fiber, very comfortable.

The dish was a very delicious dish that emphasized content rather than volume. What was disappointing was that Koshihikari, a pot cooked from Sasagami, was disappointing for the rice in Niigata 🍚. Breakfast is a general level, but Nakai will carefully recommend you to replace rice and miso soup, so be careful to eat too much.

It's very close to the station and only takes about 3-5 minutes to walk. The room is very cheap and clean. There are a lot of food nearby. I don't have to worry about having nothing to eat at night. I will stay here again next time

We stayed two nights at the JR East Hotel Mets at the Niigata station after arriving from Tokyo by Shinkansen. I think we exited to the western concourse and signs to hotel were easy enough to follow. The walkway enters level 3 of the hotel. Very conveniently, right next to a 7-Eleven. Also super convenient is the sake museum. Definitely must visit. Check-in was efficient and we were given rooms on the top floor (level 9). A rather basic room that has everything except for an in-room safe. No coffee (nor bottled water) was provided with the kettle but only tea. Not a problem as free coffee can be made in the waiting area next to the reception. Also in the reception area is where more bathroom amenities are provided. Only toothbrushes are in the room. The bath area in the room is large with a wash area and a stool like at the onsen along with a bathtub. That’s where a visit to the amenities area in reception comes in handy. Wifi was speedy enough for our needs. The convenient location was great for us as we arrived in the rain. There is plenty of choices for food and even shopping. Do explore around. We did buy day passes for the Niigata City Loop Bus (JPY500 per adult). Check-out was as efficient as check-in. While there wasn’t much of a view, the hotel was just right for us. Definitely worth considering

Location about 2 minutes walk from Mandai Guchi, Niigata Station. There is a convenience store on the 1 floor. I think it is a hotel with a history, but it seems to have been completely renovated recently, and it is picca to the corner 々. Very comfortable. There is a plane parking lot next to the three-dimensional parking lot, and two wheels are put into the picture. It is half underground, so it sleeps. The room is a railway view. This is a pleasure for the vehicle-based Tetsu.Niigata Station is a transitional period in which the conventional platform is divided into ground and elevated, so it seems to be an interesting scenery. There is a large bath though it is not taken. I took a morning bath, but there were few people and comfortable. Breakfast is suspension of buffet form and is provided in Bento form. It is 1300 yen later, but it seems to be quite suitable for the price. If it is poor, it is better than the buffet? It was balanced and healthy, and the material and taste were not bad. Close to downtown and not expensive. Very recommended.

The hot springs were open for a long time and I was able to enjoy them enough. I was happy that the temperature was relatively high. The room was a rare outer corridor ＆ open door, which was uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it. The room is very small and the layout is more like a nursing care facility than a hotel. The lighting was dazzling and my eyes were tired. I think it would have been nice if it could be dimmed or light bulb color.

I came to watch the match in Albirex Niigata. The room and breakfast were satisfactory. The guide was also polite and helpful. However, the explanation of the parking situation of private cars to the match venue was inaccurate, and I was a little troubled locally. Other than that, I am satisfied.
