位置在老城區，設施各方面都比較舊。是個人自建房弄的酒店，停車庫衹有五六個位置，要坐升降梯把車放進去。

前台姐姐很好，幫忙約車去火車站，酒店附近有河與橋，吃完飯可以走一走，漂流完休息一晚感覺很不錯，衞生、設施和服務都很好。

到景區，遊客中心等等都可以步行。位置非常方便，天台可以曬衣服，過來漂流非常推薦住這裏。施秉是寶藏玩水縣城，建議起碼住兩天。
