酒店外觀氣派，實際的硬件設施非常陳舊！一進房間門就是一陣油味，地毯上污跡非很多，讓人覺得感覺很臟，房間裏有個小冰櫃，裏面發黴了，也沒有清潔，最不滿意的是淋浴，一開水，就沒法掛在牆上，要一直拿着沖，很無語！唯一好的就是服務吧，一開始房間空調製冷有問題，打給總枱派了技術部的人員來修理，用來半個小時左右解決了.親子出行的話 還是選其他家吧

The service staff is very polite and considerate. The water in the room is also sufficient. I just think that there may be some shoddy work at the beginning of construction. For example, the water in the shower room will leak into the bathroom next door. For example, the hot water in the bathtub is yellow water. This is not a problem with the water quality, but a problem with the pipes, because the cold water is clean. For example, one of the automatic toilets is not working.
