Stayed for the second time, the room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning was timely. The TV can be cast screen, there are small housekeepers, robots to deliver food, smart toilets, and overall they are more in line with the needs. The only fly in the ointment is that there is no small refrigerator, and sometimes the fruit you buy will break if you can't finish it. The front desk customer service attitude is also very good. The location is bustling, there are a lot of shopping malls and food nearby, and it is more popular.

I passed by here on my way home for the New Year and stayed here for one night. The price-performance ratio is very high, the breakfast is very rich, the room is very clean, and there is no dead corner for hygiene. The service staff is very considerate. I drove for a long time and was a little tired. The housekeeper prepared a foot bath for me. When I checked out, the handsome guy Xiao Lu at the front desk also brought me heated mineral water. Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

I am very disappointed with the management of the swimming pool at 6th floor regarding to : 1. No life guard provided and allow non-guest swimming lessons occupying the whole pool without the area separated. 2. There are three so-called coaches to look after the pools but they all turn a blind eye when seeing someone break the safety codes including diving. 3, as you know no matter the business arrangement between intercontinental and the pool operation team, we as a guest the interest of us should prevail over the non guest learners of the swimming lessons. 4. I have repeatedly reminded the swimming coaches about the issue but they just do not pay any attention and performed any precautionary actions.

The service was very friendly and we were given a free upgrade to the first-class room type. The room was directly opposite the Hebei Provincial Museum, just across the road, so convenient. The Gao Jianmin Restaurant next door specializes in delicious donkey meat, and the hotel breakfast and the restaurant on the second floor were also good.
