The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request. Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel. The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.

My wife and I have stayed here quite a few times since 2013. We've always left good reviews. But this time, I found roaches in my room. I had my bag on the floor. And when I went to pick it up, there were roaches scrambling to get back to their hole in the wall. We were planning on returning this coming weekend July 28th - 30th. But we will NOT be returning. Guests be advised there are roaches. I told the hotel, and there response was "We will clean the room for the next guest".

Booked 30 minutes before check in because all trains ceased operation dye to ice and snow. Surprisingly delightful, top 3 properties in my 300+ IHG group worldwide.

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

location was near to CBD. beside hotel is shopping mall not very far to MRT.

Hotel is build at a convenient location, lighting show on building during day time is good. Hotel is maintained quite neat and clean.

Good location. At a mall so able to access things if needed. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was decent and room was good.

The manager at check in was super.very helpful staff.breakfast was ok nothing great.room light was a bit dim.overall good experience and will recommend any one.

Hotel is just about ok for the brand holiday in. It is part of IHG group, the reception staff are wearing IHG T-shirt, but when asked I want to add my airline partner details for points/miles, they made all excuses and had no knowledge about it. Finally I will loose my points for this stay. It is very sad.

Location is good. Staff speaking English well. But room was not clean. And felt something like paranormal.
