設施有點陳舊了，前台服務非常熱情

早餐不怎麼樣，規模挺大，但是能吃的不多而且質量很差，比連鎖酒店亞朵之類的差很多，稀的衹有小米粥和豆腐湯，最後給了酸奶，沒有牛奶豆漿麪條之類，沙拉水果一律沒有，熱菜衹有木耳雞蛋，圓白菜，豆腐，豆芽，早餐質量不好。還有個工作人員餐廳在值時抽煙，哎，什麼場合抽煙？房間一般般，日式房沒有窗簾，一是私隱性問題二是早上天亮了怎麼睡覺，説是為了景觀，但是安窗簾和觀景互不影響呀，給換了房間。晚上9點到的，外面一片死寂，特別黑，主要是沒法吃飯，最後開車到村裡把廚子喊起來做飯，夜裡11點才吃上，哎

來泡温泉，定了一間日式親子房，價格不便宜，感覺應該能達到五星酒店的水平，其實並沒有。入住要求高，行程碼有外地的都要有48顯示核酸證明，已經交了房費還要交按金，沒人幫推行李，沒人引導。房間設備比較舊了，電視很小，重大發現是床上有一衹蜘蛛！隔音很不好，走廊裏聲音聽很吵。餐廳離閉餐時間還差半小時的時候好多吃的已經沒有了，種類比較少，味道一般

疫情期間好吃的自助餐沒開。自助簡餐也不錯

屋子裡有味，走廊裏有點臭腳丫子味，外面環境倒是可以，温泉區門口換拖鞋地方有個大姐説話跟吼來吼去的態度不好，其他還好
