My first experience in Shijiazhuang was pleasant. Good location with many restaurants nearby. 15 mins away from Liucun subway station which is not too far for me (if you are not in a hurry , walking is a good way to exercise) . Breakfast looks the same every day but i enjoyed so much because of good taste and various kind of food. The room’s clean, and new, bed is comfy. The staffs at front counter are kind and very helpful. Will come back 😆

After all, it is a star hotel, and the overall is good, the facilities are a little old. There are few parking spaces. The breakfast is quite rich, and it also cooperates with Tan's cuisine, and the taste is also delicious. The bathroom shower room is an electronic mist curtain, I didn't know it at first, and it was embarrassing to take a shower 😂. Across the road is the Hebei Provincial Museum, which is quite convenient. Overall, it is good, and I will stay here again next time I go to the Provincial Museum.

The hotel is super new and has just opened, so everything is new and it's like the first guest in this room. Naturally, the decoration smell in the room is also strong. I am very sensitive and my throat felt uncomfortable after one night. The room facilities are very good, the space is quite large, it is also intelligently controlled, and there is a tea set. I was in a good mood as soon as I came in. However, because the washbasin is designed in the middle, it is easy to disturb other people's rest when they get up early to wash up, and the corners of the partition design above are easy to bump into. The shower room is large, the bathroom toilet is semi-smart, there is no operating panel, and the seat is always heated. This weather is so hot for your ass. Embarrassing. . . However, the front desk staff was very nice and enthusiastic. It was already early in the morning when we checked in, and they even gave the children snacks. There are not many types of breakfast, the restaurant is simple and refreshing, and there is no need to pay extra for 2 children. This price is very cost-effective. The key is that it is close to the train station. It is a temporary accommodation and is very convenient for travel.

I read very good reviews about this hotel online, and I was not disappointed. It has complete facilities, fully intelligent management, clean and tidy, and has many varieties of breakfast. It tastes good. The beauties at the front desk are very warm and polite, and the service is meticulous and heart-warming. Even the cleaning staff are happy to meet you. Say hello, the Beiguo Mall Metro Station is not far from the door of the hotel. It is convenient to travel and a perfect stay. The hotel is very convenient for transportation. There is a parking lot, bus station, subway entrance, and many shopping malls nearby. The front desk is quick to check in. The breakfast is buffet style with rich varieties. It combines Chinese and Western styles with tofu brain and fried dough sticks. The Yunzhenzhen Joyful buns are also delicious. The lady at the door is very enthusiastic. The supervisor of the breakfast room promptly inquired about the black tea and provided services. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast

Very very good hotel, just next to the Jiefang Square subway station, opposite the brown sugar livehouse, the location is very good and the traffic is convenient. The hotel staff is also very good! Because of business, I checked into the hotel in a hurry at night, and even breakfast was not used, so I didn't know much about other services in the hotel. The room is regular and not big, but it has everything you need. The small details in every aspect can make the guests feel the attentiveness of the hotel staff. What needs to be mentioned in particular is that I only had a brief contact with the front desk staff, but they made me feel the high-quality service concept and hotel culture. I believe it is nothing more than feeling at home. I specifically clicked back to the hotel's homepage and looked at the star. It was four stars, but it was indeed a five-star hotel. grateful!

It took more than ten minutes to find a parking space near the hotel elevator! The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. GGuest UserReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

The location of the hotel is also very good. It is a few steps away from the train head pedestrian street. It is super convenient to eat, the transportation is convenient, and there is no pressure to travel. The facilities in the room are very complete, clean and tidy. Daily necessities are available. This time I was very impressed with the InterContinental, and I will book more InterContinental in the future

My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.

There is also a museum nearby, which is only a few minutes' drive away. If you stay, you can park for free in the basement, which is quite good. The hotel has its own parking lot in the backyard, and there are charging piles, which is very convenient. The room is relatively large, and the extra large 2.4 meters is made of two beds, but the middle is well handled, with no gaps, which is very good. The bathtub is very comfortable. The head called me twice to confirm before checking in, which was very responsible. He also thoughtfully prepared children's toothbrushes and slippers for children. The children liked it very much. Dinner was eaten at the hotel. There was a group purchase on Dianping. The price was very suitable and the taste was very delicious.

There is a shuttle bus but when we tried to call from the airport to get picked up, nobody answered the hotel phone. When we arrived, I booked a king size bedroom but I was with my colleague so the receptionist kindly change the room for a twin bedroom. Next day we took the free shuttle service to the airport. The driver was a little rude. Other than that, the hotel was fine.
