The location is good. Experience is also good. But inside the room there are no windows for the ventilation system. So it's very difficult to sleep inside the room. If you open the doors then so many inserts can come. So it's ok ok.

The stay in the property - heritage wing was wonderful. The property is beautiful and the staff are courteous. However, don't recommend the dinner buffet, that was horrible. Breakfast was great. Overall a good stay

A great property away from the hustle of the city and a lot of green cover. The staff at reception is friendly and helpful. The size of the cottage is good and has a lovely view. Breakfast spread is great but dinner plan can be avoided.

This heritage property, once belonging to the royalty of tripura, exudes charm and is nestled amid-st nature. The rooms are comfortably basic yet equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff is friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered was decent with good quality food.

The heritage club tripura castle is a beautiful property with amazing view of nature. Service was also good. Only thing missing was a recreation centre for kids and swimming pool. This was expected in such a big resort. Regards sandeep

Cleanliness and location and staff behaviour were excellent. And food with delicious look and taste with constant presence of the chef mr. Choy was superb superb superb.
