It Was not worthy of 100$ hotel .very small low amenities.its charge you 5 star rate but service you will get 2 star. I have to take my own bags in room. and provide products are not that standard.

Wrt. Confirmation no 374076, they issued wrong bill and charged extra of INR 10000 mentioning extra bed, after verification they accepted that they have charged extra and would provide refund, but even after 1.5 months no refund have been issued and they have stopped replying, such a bad experience from such a high end hotel,

Thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. The hotel's event team went above and beyond to ensure our company's event was seamless and successful. A small feedback I'd like to bring to the management's attention is that some facilities to carry out the smooth functioning of the event were not available in such a 5 star rated property and had to be arranged from the clients end. However, what truly stood out was the attentive and helpful staff - Dariti Marbaniang managing the sales and marketing. She truly is truly exceptional and goes beyond exceeding expectations for a client in a stressful situation. Kudos to her and the Marriott team for the event held on 20-July-2024. Hope the service and facilities be a better on our next cooperation.

I stayed for 1 night in this particular trip. This is my first stay at courtyard shillong I am writing to convey my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary experience I had during this particular trip. The property is very well maintained and cozy and beautiful. The level of care and dedication exhibited by your staff surpassed our highest expectations, leaving an indelible mark on me. The personalized greetings and the seamless check-in process immediately set the tone . Appreciate team members Mr.PURUSHOTTAM, Ms.JOGITA , Ms.DEEPIKA , Ms.MAMATA Mr.STEVEN, Ms.KELLY for their exceptional assistance and graciousness. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile in accommodating my requests was greatly appreciated. check out and concierge service was perfect. Mr. PAVAN (Restaurent /F&b Manager) took out time to interact with me at length. He explained so many nuances and things going on behind scenes to make restaurants run smoothly and how each guest is different and their taste buds and preferences are unique and how his team handles each of them very carefully and with heart .His professionalism and genuine care for dining experience did not go unnoticed. Mr.RAJEEV was wonderful chef and human being and as I have very long list of intolerances, health condition they considered all of them and cooked special meals for me and taking care of my health during this solo travel. My further travel completely depended on this particular trip and they ensured it was absolutely perfect as I required. He even got me special food packed for flight . I could travel to Darjeeling, Shillong, delhi, gurgaon and currently at dehradun now .Thanks to your team boosting my confidence I congratulate Mr. JAMES ( Operations - Head) to put up such a wonderful young team and maintaining highest standards of hospitality and taking care of guests.His hospitality nature, one on one conversation and having breakfast with me and talking at length on various things is highly appreciated. He knows his job and gives attention to detail and willing to go extra mile to make guest feel special and at home. His knowledge, skills, professionalism and personal connect with take him to greater heights in hospitality industry for sure. I wish the entire team the very best and keep up the standards and make every guest feel special . I look forward to coming back again surely.

The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were so spacious and overall had the best experience at a hotel in a long time. Got to enjoy buffet twice a day and was spoilt for options especially the live counters. Had a few hiccups but was supported by the staff throughout.

Food is Good and staff are very friendly spl Holyland Dkhar, she always makes sure to make us comfortable. Good ambience . Just a little off about the raita since we had Biryani raita is too plain felt like it was just pour from the packet The rest was awsome.

We stayed at Marriott for a week. This hotel lives up to its reputation. Each team member steps up to their share of responsibilities above and beyond the call of duty to ensure guests are comfortable. Hard to do justice with a short review but here are a few that’s I could jot down. Vinayak was our real local guide for most matters - he was super helpful, articulate and paid special attention to my aged parents. Nikunja took care our needs during breakfast and checked on us regularly. Holyland was extremely patient and guided my parents with the right dinner choices appropriate for their age. Manaswita, Destiny, Kiki, Kelly and Alna were equally welcoming and attentive. Beauty and her team members were immaculate with their room service. Head Chef Angat is always in smiles looking after each and every guest. We loved the items on the menu having tried many of the dishes - they were custom cooked for our personal preference. The hotel is in good hands with Chandan Khatri tirelessly and methodically leading the entire team of dedicated staff. As Chef Angat rightly quoted - service is a natural instinct and has to come from within; it can’t be taught 🧘

The service was absolutely great. Holyland’s service was great ,she suggested us the best the restaurant could offer. The indian dishes were delicious, would highly recommend the tandori macchi. Overall the best shillong can offer. And at last the complimentary dessert was a cherry on top.
