At first the location was hard to find but we found it and when we reached the destination it was as very nice one and the staff was very sweet and Cooperative the experience was very nice and we are planning to come again ❤️

Amidst of a busy and modern city, a flavour of old shillong exists in this place, maintaining its european style. The wooden floors, the furniture, decor items all bring back nostalgia. The hotel welcomes you in its own style. Staffs are helpful. Food is good. Though plate wise, seems to be expensive, one plate served 2 of us easily. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Excellent property no doubt
1 well designed spacious deluxe room
2hot water and room heater
3nice interiors well only problem is untrained waiters and support staff even not understanding hindi
need to improve buffet breakfast and meals

It was well maintained and cozy with beautiful decoration. If you want luxury hotel with small price then it is for you.

Access roads are quite narrow. Once you reach, car parking is available for only 3 at a time. Rooms were really well maintained. Quaint, old fashioned rooms. Very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast spread was limited but homely and tasty. No restaurant. No lifts. So if you have heavy luggage, think twice. If you're planning to have lunch or dinner in your room, you need to order in advance and food is brought from some other restaurant. Service staff were polite and courteous.

The property is not bad but with the price they are charging could have been far more better rooms. Price high in comparison to the rooms. Staff good n cooperative. 5 out of 5 for the staff
