Hotels near Laitlum Canyons in Shillong

Overall it is a very nice property and very well maintained .A glitch however happened .. ordered lunch.. there menu says phoolka.. . I ordered 4 phoolkas . They missed telling me that as per them phoolka has 2 units and also this is not written anywhere in their menu... so overall 8 chappatis came which were very much in excess. I never want to waste food and decided that will consume it in evening after getting them heated up. But on calling them in evening to get the chappatis heated they refused even though I told them that I ordered them from their restaurant only for lunch .They could have easily done it. It is not a big thing . Food should not be wasted, is a simple and good thing to imbibe. Hope they are more considerate in future or do some corrections in their menu card.

The home stay is location on the way to laitlum canyon. The rooms are clean and good. There is a small terrace garden. The reception staff is very helpful and will arrange a taxi if required.

It's a beautiful property in police bazar. Rooms are big, much bigger than marriott and vivanta, service is wonderful. Breakfast can be improved.

Room are too compact, no ventilation i have booked 2 ac rooms via make mytrip but i was allotted one ac room and another non ac room. Also difficult to find the room and the road outside the hotel is one way traffic road due to which taxi pickup and drop is very difficult. Overall average experience.

As per rate the hotel should be deluxe. But it looks like a normal village hotel. Cleaning is very very poor. So many insects and rats are moving inside the room.
