Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay. The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare. The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed. Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to ”defrost” and clean up before heading up to sleep. The hotel really wants to be known for its breakfast. The spread and taste was great, for a competitive (in terms of hotel breakfast around the area) price. Room seemed recently renovated, and is really small (shoebox style). The toilet only has space for 1 person to shower/bath or use.

It's just a short walk along the railway tracks from Hakata Station, and there aren't many shops nearby. Because the elevated highway and railway tracks are right behind it, it's not suitable for light sleepers. I wore earplugs and it felt fine. The building is very ventilated and completely open hahaha. If you don't want to wait for the elevator, you can just take the stairs down. When I checked in on the first day, I was given two bottles of water, which was pretty good. Part of the reason for choosing this place is because of the separation of wet and dry rooms. Although the room is not big, it is sufficient and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

We used the superior room with 4 families. It was a semi double bed x 2 + extra bed x 2, but there was a room size and I didn't feel particularly cramped. I also enjoyed many kinds of hot springs and large baths and I felt that it was more affordable than a business hotel because I could stay. The staff is also good. Hakata is one of the choices for accommodation.
