We were there for some official purpose and stayed there for almost 7 days. The hotel offered rooms of varied tarriff ranges. It is a budget friendly hotel and the services and extremely good. The food offered by the hotel is a bit pricey but each item was delicious. The staff provide you with adequate information whenever requested. Room service was provided everyday. Overall it was a great experience

We stayed at the hotel for 3N 4D, the hotel is at around 500- 600 m from mall road, but the road towards hotel is very steep and to reach to the hotel you have to take stairs, not an ideal hotel if you are accompanied by elders or toddlers. Premium rooms are spacious and with view (no balcony), deluxe room are small with no view. We stayed in the deluxe room 207 which was above the staff quarters/ kitchen and every time they cook we have to inhale the smoke so we need to keep our windows closed most of the time. There are no fans in any of the room and it will be hot inside the room if you are visiting in May june, we requested for the fan which the staff denied at first but when we said we cannot open our windows they somehow arranged a table fan. Food was decent in terms of quality and taste.. There is open space as such in hotel except a small garden for name sake in the lower ground for which you have to take stairs which has no railing and the garden has electric fence which is all open so you need to be very careful while you roam. In the season time prices are high (6-7K) for deluxe room which is not worth it so better book it in advance else you will be disappointed.

After scouring almost 10 properties in Shimla, I finally chose this hotel and trust me, my choice was right. Stayed for 3 nights and everything was well. Pro - 1- Location is few steps above shimla high Court parking. 2-Located at the beginning of Mall Road, you can start exploring Mall Road from here. 3- Restaurant staff is very co-operative. 4- Other nearby restaurant also available on walkable distance. 5- Front desk can arrange car to explore nearby attractions. 6 - Heater is available in all rooms. 7- View was awesome from room 603. 8 - 24hours hot water. Cons - 1 - Restaurant food cost is little higher than usual. 2 - Service is little slow but manageable. 3- Need few white LED ceiling lights as sometime warm white creats loneliness. But overall superb experience and Mr Suresh is very supportive. Thank you all.

A warm and friendly motel where we were made to feel like family. The service was amazing, the rooms were very comfortable and the food was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sightseeing was amazing.

A last minute plan turned out to be the best plan in the recent times!!!Starting with the booking assistance provided by Mr Dinesh Kumar who gave us a pretty good value for our rooms with breakfast and an amazing view to the hospitality of each and every staff member who catered to our every need with a smile on their face..To summarise our experience I would say itβs a perfect gateway resort if one wants to be away from the crowded area of Kufri as the resort is located around 7 KMs ahead of Kufri on the Kufri-Chail highway!!

Located about 40 minutes away from, and some 2500 metres higher than, Shimla, Wildflower Hall offers a welcoming restfulness away from the bustle of that city. Having spent 3 days in Shimla itself, it was the perfect place to relax thereafter although it readily serves as a base for those wishing to explore that city without too much involvement with the daily hubbub. There are a range of activities available within and around the hotel throughout the day and staff are attentive in all respects whenever advice, guidance or assistance is required. The food available for breakfast, lunch and dinner is extensive and goes beyond Indian food although I highly recommend the Himachali thali (veg or non-veg) that should be ordered earlier during the day. As is to be expected, the views are sensational - and will be even more so deeper into winter as the snow makes its appearance - but care must be taken to ensure that monkeys are unable to gain access into your bedroom via an open window. Finally, I liked the fact that I was asked on checking out whether there was any aspect that could be improved upon - I could not find anything to suggest but this is illustrative of the effort that is made to keep service levels at an optimal level.

Just completed an excellent stay at Sterling Resorts Kufri. The resort is simply perfect in all aspects.Β It's a huge resort with 75 rooms with a lot of scenic beauty. We opted for the Premier - Valley View room...it's a 400 sqft well equipped room. Got a decent deal from MMT. What sets it apart from the other resorts is the service, quality of food, facilities.etc Excellent service received since day 1 whether that may be at the Reception, Room Service or Cafeteria. They are simply perfect. You ask for it and they give it.Β I had an excellent stay and I received excellent service from Yashpal, Rishabh, Sukesh, Rakesh, Deepshikha, Sarthak, Urvashi, Jahomindo. Also In Cafeteria, the Manager and Chefs were ready to customise food as per our preferences. Hats off to Rohit , Rajiv Thakur and Vicky for this gesture. Excellent service from many others whose names are not known to me. This was our first visit to Sterling Kufri and could not ask for anything more. This resort is simply perfect and the best in all aspects. Will visit again. Keep it up guys !! Highly recommended !!

Loved the stay and the service. Amazing property and world class service. Did trekking, star gazing and enjoyed the entire experience. Kids area is all equipped and spa services are awesome too. A perfect place for family or couples. Some small expenses can be avoided for customer if they are staying for a certain number of days. Like basic car cleaning etc.

Very good hospitality and very prompt service. The food was yummy and housekeeping was extremely responsive. Two examples of their response- My 1.5 yr old son had dropped some food on the floor and I had called housekeeping for cleaning it up. They came within 30 sec of me keeping the phone. I also had dual payment issue while checkout with payment getting deducted twice. Post highlighting they immediately checked and resolved the issue while being responsive to my queries. Its also near to Shimla city center. Will highly recommend.

Outstanding food and staff in the resturant led by Mr. Mohan who was phenomenal. The chef and his team are brilliant and give u a sense of being at home. they also help you in getting good ,clean transport at nominal rates for sightseeing nearby. The entire resort bathes in nice sun which makes it bright given the cold weather.the view is nice given the location.

From the breathtaking views of the city to the top-notch service, every aspect of my stay was simply delightful. Mostly liked : Location Mall Road - 5 minutes, Christ Church-10 minutes, and the Jakhoo Temple-1 hour. Itβs the perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and sightseeing.: 5* Services: services of cleaning and dining are up to the mark : 5* Food: food is very good: 5* cost of accommodation and food is pocket friendly Room: (Super deluxe with city view) room is bit smaller in size but perfect for couple. bathroom is clean and 24*7 hot water facility. my overall experience : 5* comfortable and budget friendly
