In this jail, there is a jailor on reception, and you need to follow each and every instruction so prominently, that even a minor mistake can lead to your booking cancellation. 1. He asked to submit the key of my car at reception which was parked very nicely, to which I denied because some important documents were there in my car, in which he said submit key otherwise he will cancel my booking. After this I said, he can call me anytime in night if required to move my vehicle, to which he replied with same thing. 2. They charged Rs. 380 for paneer butter masala, which was not even sufficient for 2 persons. 3. A bottle of bisleri drinking water was costing Rs. 53 in that hotel. 4. I asked for a room heater, he sent the same with a person. He then said, to pay money otherwise they will collect the heater back from my room immediately. I said it is midnight now, I will pay tomorrow before check-out, but he collected the heater back from my room immediately. In the morning we went for breakfast, and when I asked the waiter about time, he said I need to wait for 25 minutes, which was again very disappointing. The night on which I arrived at the hotel, the temperature of shimla was 4 degrees C, but there was no water heater in the room. When I asked for a water heater, they said they will give hot water for now, but after 11 PM there is no way to get hot water again.
