Very poor room is with too much smell. All mattress are very bad position. Too much cokrech are there in bads which all-ready shown to hotel staff. Breakfast was included in our tarrif but the told us will get after 9am. Thanks to make my trip

Good experience with hotel samrat, mr. Sanjeev & bhandari ji are very cooperative persons and having the way of treating the customers in a very good manner. I personally suggest every guest to stay in hotel samrat who so ever is going to shimla, thanks to makemytrip as well for suggesting me this place

One person i am assuming that he may the owner of the hotel and his behaviour is rude. Although staff is good. I will not recommend hotel samrat to my family members. Room was to small as compair to the price.

Location is best but room size is small and foods is delicious staff behavear is good over all best for stay

Nice room with excellent view , balcony on the road , clean bathroom, water available 24×7 room service available, staff behavior is good.

Not a good choice to stay, it's just close to the lift and mall road that's it. Food quality is also average.

Loaction bhut achi hai. Hotel ki. Lekin bs room bhut chota hai. Super deluxe room book kiya tha. Washroom and room bhut chota hai. But location is good.

No lift, public transport not available, even taxi not permitted, breakfast is not buffet but cooked in own small kitchen

Awesome. Humble staff. Prime location. Specially mr. Sanjeev ( floor manager ) is very nice and well behaved.
