Plush and opulent hotel accommodation decorated stylishly to an extremely high standard. All staff are excellent and attentive to guests’ needs at all times. There is a quiet and relaxing ambiance throughout the hotel. Lots of seating areas in the hotel. Small ‘garden’ area across the main road opposite the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast with a selected hot menu cooked to order. Currently the swimming pool is being refurbished but the hotel provides transport to Wildflower Hotel which is 45 minutes away; the pool and jacuzzi were outstanding as the property is located in beautiful grounds with stunning views.

The moment we stepped into Shimla British Resort, we were in awe of the lovely antique furniture and beautiful woodwork that gave the place a true heritage feel. The cozy bedrooms were perfect for the chilly weather, and waking up to the cool Shimla breeze was so refreshing. Babita and the team were always around to assist, making our stay all the more pleasant. A must-visit if you love history and comfort!

Just finished our holiday to India and the Radisson Jass was our last stop. This hotel was ideal, location perfect Just a short walk to Mall Rd, but the hotel does run a shuttle service to Auckland tunnel. The hotel is quirky in its lay out, but you have to understand it is built on the side of a mountain. Food was delicious, listen to the staff as the portions are massive. Housekeeping immaculate, with some lovely designs on our bed, Barkha was our keeper and she was star. Cant think of any bad points. Spa is good value too. Highly recommend and was a perfect end to our trip!!

Located about 40 minutes away from, and some 2500 metres higher than, Shimla, Wildflower Hall offers a welcoming restfulness away from the bustle of that city. Having spent 3 days in Shimla itself, it was the perfect place to relax thereafter although it readily serves as a base for those wishing to explore that city without too much involvement with the daily hubbub. There are a range of activities available within and around the hotel throughout the day and staff are attentive in all respects whenever advice, guidance or assistance is required. The food available for breakfast, lunch and dinner is extensive and goes beyond Indian food although I highly recommend the Himachali thali (veg or non-veg) that should be ordered earlier during the day. As is to be expected, the views are sensational - and will be even more so deeper into winter as the snow makes its appearance - but care must be taken to ensure that monkeys are unable to gain access into your bedroom via an open window. Finally, I liked the fact that I was asked on checking out whether there was any aspect that could be improved upon - I could not find anything to suggest but this is illustrative of the effort that is made to keep service levels at an optimal level.

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.
