Location is good, food service and amenities are also good. Overall stay is satisfied and also inform to my friends to stay in this hotel during shimoga trip.

The hotel is located centrally and has adequate parking space. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and hot water was available. Staff was courteous and unobtrusive. Restaurant served good food. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Good ambience, well-equipped rooms. Despite its age, the property looks well maintained and relatively modern. A couple of restaurants downstairs. The wifi is relatively weak. Coffee is served only after 7 am, not between 12 and 3 pm, and not during dinner time. That's a dampener.

I had seen many in shimoga, first time i felt very homely in real since. It scores in all counts, especially the staff. Only issue is hot water is restricted to morning hours.

Staff are good, polite and cooperative
but they do not have geyser in rooms for colder months
hot water is only available between 5am to 10am
