Very good value, they offer a free breakfast although the good choice is limited. They also introduce restaurants nearby so it is easy to find one for dinner. There is also a supermarket on the opposite so it is easy to get some food/drink in case needed.

Facilities are a bit out of date, but clean. Location is good and the staffs are very helpful!

The hallway is noisy with people talking. The sound of doors closing in the surrounding rooms is also loud. The building is old, but aside from that, there are no problems. The price is also cheap.

I stayed in a Japanese-style room. Having the spacious bath all to myself was very comfortable. I appreciate the friendly service I received despite checking in late at night. I was deeply touched by their thoughtfulness in thoroughly researching my questions about the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route and providing the answers during breakfast. Thank you very much.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but is easily accessible by bus. There is also a convenience store nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is Japanese food served by kind elderly ladies, but bread is also available.

This was my second time staying at the Grand Hotel. Although it's quite far from the JR station, it's still quite convenient for those who don't have large luggage and can take the bus. It's a 5-6 minute walk from the bus stop and offers free breakfast and free self-service laundry.

A very quiet hotel. Breakfast was delicious and exquisite the next morning, and the hotel's bicycles were free to use. This is probably a residential area, and the AEON mall is not far away, perfect for shopping and dining. Across from the hotel is a karaoke bar and a secondhand mall. I found some porcelain and figurines there.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style but the selection was limited, but it was delicious and I was satisfied.

It was very cheap, so I stayed there for one night on short notice. It's along a main road, so it's easy to get to by car, but the parking lot is in front of a one-way street, so I had to go through a narrow road when leaving, which was a pain. As expected of a cheap hotel, the bathtub was peeling and the place was a bit rundown, but it was fine if you just wanted to sleep.
