1、房間大，洗漱用品齊全。
2、乾淨整潔，風景優美，住的我媽心曠神怡，久久不想走了。
3、1樓大堂拿好浴袍，澡堂就在1樓，有室內室外温泉。
4、離千疊敷和三段壁1.2公里，3站路左右。

房間很大，有床還有榻榻米，從房間可以看到海景，衞生也不差，整體體驗比較好，服務人員也不錯，前台雖然是外國人，但是服務態度與日本人相差無幾。因把保險箱密碼忘記，晚上10左右叫已經下班的服務人員開箱，沒想到不辭辛苦的來了，很感謝！

房間非常大，也有路台可看風景，只是在新湯崎下車後在隔離小路行上山有点辛苦，但總算舒服，來白濱渡假是非常好的地方

設施：比較齊全，咖啡，紅茶，煎茶，泡門口的飲料都很貼心，這家酒店本土人較多，是全家老小出行首選，
衞生：乾乾淨淨榻榻米墊很舒服沒有衞生殘留

酒店雖然是屬於早期的建築，外觀和設施不算很新穎，但房間面積較大和整潔，保養還算不錯，客房除了睡床位置，還有寬敞的榻榻米起居室，而且連貫開陽大露台面對無敵海景，酒店一層設有湯泉，設備齊全整潔衛生，住客都可以免費無限次享用，非常值得一讚，是一所非常適合家庭旅遊的度假式酒店。
