Stayed in the most spacious and comfortable seaside apartment in all of Japan. It had a toilet and a full kitchen, though no shower room. However, there was a hot spring bath on the ground floor, which wasn't crowded. Highly recommended!

It's close to Shirahama Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. Although the room is a bit old, it is very clean. There is a hot spring bathing area in the hotel, which is a facility you must not miss.

Great place, spacious apartments, everything you need, all the necessary utensils on the second floor. The downside of course is that there is no shower in the room, but there is an onsen on the 1st floor!!! So it was not a problem. Gorgeous view from the room. Great staff!!! Next time we will definitely stay in this place

Not very satisfied 1) There is a damp basement smell in the lobby 2) At first glance, the items in the lobby look like they were bought from a second-hand market 3) The washing machine and dryer are separate and a bit old 4) The elevator is slow 5) There are no towels in the room 6) The room is large, but the rest is just average. There are tatami beds and two single beds. I don't know what the problem is, but it looks uncomfortable and I don't want to sleep on that bed 🤦 Pros 1) It's really close to the beach, only three minutes to get there 2) It's three minutes walk from the door to the S17 Mingguang bus stop 3) It's very convenient to take a small car to go anywhere 4) The front desk staff are all very polite 5) The hot spring on the first floor is clean with few people

The hotel is very close to the station, and Google map "MU" is very clear and convenient. The front desk guy can communicate fluently in English and the introduction is very clear. Four girls shared a room. It was the first time for me to fold the tatami by myself. It was very convenient and clean. In addition, the hot spring room on the first floor is also clean. It is currently off-season and the hot spring room is reserved. Luckily~ Finally, there is a restaurant on the second floor, which has everything from bread, coffee, eggs and milk. 👍🏻

The location is off the street, there are many food options nearby, and the convenience store at the street entrance is very convenient. Clean and tidy, great value for money.

The environment is nice and the beds are comfortable. The original room was a Japanese-style tatami room, but it was inconvenient for the elderly. After communicating with the hotel staff, it was changed to a Western-style bungalow, which was very good. The only thing is that the location is a bit inconvenient and you need to climb stairs to reach it.

I stayed here after holding a hula dance class in Shirahama. On the day, the open-air bath was unusable due to a burst pipe, so I was told to quickly use a nearby hot spring, but it was late and the nearby hot spring was closed, so I was unable to use it. A staff member arranged for me to use the hot spring bath at a nearby inn, and I was able to take a bath. It was a high-class inn. Also, since it was raining, they also provided transportation, even though I had not requested it. I had intended to just take a shower in my room, but I was really glad that I was able to take a bath in the hot spring, which I had been looking forward to. Even after checking out, I was able to use the shared space on the second floor. I will use this again when I stay in Shirahama. The staff were very helpful and it was very nice. There is a shared kitchen, so you can cook breakfast.

If I come to Shirahama alone next time, I will still choose this hostel. During the off-peak season, you are very likely to have a room for one person, and each room is divided into four single rooms, so you don't disturb each other. The key is that the location is just opposite Shirahama, and there is Marriott on the mountain next to it. Marriott is 1500, and here is 170. The hot spring ♨️ in the hostel is also very good, with a relatively high water temperature, which is super refreshing. For such a cheap price, there is also breakfast, which is very simple, with bread, eggs, and coffee. Take the Meiko bus 🚌 from Shirahama Station to S-16 or S-17 Mabiyu Station, and get off. MU is a pink building on the slope between the two stations. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, you can wash and dry clothes, and you can lock and store your luggage yourself🛅Perfect
