Thái độ nhân viên phục vụ tệ và phòng ốc cũ không có gì đặc biệt, máy sấy tóc trong phòng cũng không có. Tôi đã đặt phòng có cửa nhìn ra biển nhưng thực sự chỉ nhìn được 1 chút từ xa còn lại bị cây bên đường che hết chứ không như trên ảnh của khách sạn đã đăng tải lên.

The service staff's attitude is bad and the old room is nothing special, there is no hair dryer in the room either. I booked a room with a sea view, but I could actually only see a little from afar, the rest was covered by trees on the roadside, not like the hotel's photo posted.

周りには飲食店がなく、ラーメン屋さんが一軒あるだけでした。施設も至って普通です。リゾート地のホテルとしてはリーズナブルでしたので、仕方ないと思います。

There were no restaurants around, and there was only one ramen shop. Facilities are very ordinary. It was reasonable for a hotel in a resort area, so I think it can't be helped.

The service attitude is very bad, not recommended

The hotels in Shirahama seems to be busy season during summer, and there are few business hotel there. From those reasons, I chose this hotel. But that was a big mistake. The facilities are very old, and I would never say it's clean, stains on the carpet, lamp shade and so on, horrible.

Ah, おじいさん at the front desk is really serious. He speaks Japanese English very seriously. Because it is serious, sometimes it seems to be serious. They are actually very friendly people. I watched and bowed when I checked out, so I was not used to it. The room is a bit old, but the room is spacious. The facilities should be there. The location is near the three sections of the scenic spot. You can walk to a Lawson convenience store. You can buy a one-day and two-day ticket for local buses at Shirahama Station. Comes with timetable and coupons.

There is no hot spring. I used a different name for the BOOK room for 2 days because of a mistake. I told the owner of the same room to request the same room, but the owner of the Hotel said that the same room cannot be used.
After a while, we gave up, so we had to clean up and transfer the room tomorrow morning, but in the morning, I told the owner of the hotel CHECK OUT & CHECK IN, and he told me that it was the same room. I wanted to move the office back to the room immediately. Play to death!
