Guests staying in the hotel can participate in making their own sachets, and you can make your own flower and fruit tea in the lobby. It is low-cost and has a sense of experience. I paid extra money to participate in a performance at the Ainu Art Festival. Although I don't speak Japanese, it is still quite interesting. There are two hot springs in the hotel, one is circular and fully indoor, and the other is triangular and has outdoor. But the design problem, such a good geographical location, the scenery of the hot spring is blocked, even worse than the hot spring in the small hotel I spent more than 1,000 before. The hot spring temperature is not hot enough, and I don't feel satisfied in the winter. I think the food is pretty good. Some dishes are delicious and some are ordinary, but the waiter will introduce the various ingredients one by one, and the experience is good. However, compared with traditional hot spring hotels, there are fewer additional services. In terms of service, there is no welcome snack. The service staff are very smiling and friendly, and try to speak English. There is also a Chinese person. If you really have difficulty communicating, you can find him. I think it's okay to experience it once, but considering his style and few negative services, I recommend Bettei Furukawa in Noboribetsu.
