The main advantage of the hotel is its location near the city center. Outside and in the lobby everything is pretty good. But in the room... Firstly, the layout. Very spacious living area and VERY cramped bathroom. Sitting on the toilet - sorry! - rested his knees against the wall of the shower stall. The plumbing is old, the taps are rusty, the shower hose is leaking. The only window in the room could not be opened, so we had to cool the room with air conditioning. The light at the front door did not turn off day or night, so it was a little difficult to sleep. In addition, the sound insulation is “lame”. Internet is traditionally slow, breakfast is traditionally not outstanding.

Good hotel! Good location for getting around on foot, nice internal shop and excellent breakfast. Of course, being a large hotel, it has less charm than other smaller structures, but it remains a very good hotel for visiting Shiraz, a beautiful city!

We slept 3 nights in this Hotel. Not too far from the center and the bazaar. Very nice looking brick building. Cozy hall. Good reception. Our rooms were in another wing of the building: they didn't tell us and it took us quite a while to find them. Elevators in that wing very slow. Spacious and charming rooms: rear views, not very pleasant, but there were no noises. Beds slightly hard for our taste. Wifi spotty, like in most hotels in Iran. Correct bathroom, but the shower has no protection and if you shower the entire bathroom fills with water and takes a long time to drain. Risk of falling due to slipping. Good breakfast, but less varied than in other similar hotels in Iran. Without being bad, it did not convince us enough to repeat the visit.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very attentive, as is generally the case throughout Italy. The room, although not very large, accommodated 3 people and their luggage well. Beautiful hotel, oriental style, inside a little confused with the location of the rooms, there are no signs, there are two buildings, with different elevators, we barely found our room. The room has a very small window, the water from the bathroom pours into the room, the floor is wet, the hair dryer did not turn on, it's scary. The breakfast is good, the staff in the restaurant is pleasant, at the reception the staff is a little "lost" but they blink their eyes perfectly when you ask something.
