ROOM WAS VERY CLEANED AND MAINTAINED WITH GOOD HIEGENE, WASHROOM WAS FANTASTIC. FOOD QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT (ONLY TRIED BREAKFAST) . I FOUND CAB SERVICE VERY USEFUL ,THEY HAVE PICKUP N DROP FACILITY FOR TEMPLE. I FOUND MATTEESS VERY COMFORTABLE,I CAME AFTER 8 HOURS LONG JOURNEY AND FEEL REFRESHED IN MORNING.

My mother and me enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a clean hotel with decent facilities. What was good was the service from the staff especially the DM - Santosh Patil !
They provided 24hrs transport to the ashram.
What can be improved is the towels should be changed, it was clean but it looks overused.
Also the bed was hard. But nevetheless for the price, location and service - it was still a good deal.
Highly recommended.

It is a nice hotel in the town of Shirdi, which is considered to be the place where Satya Sai died and cremated. Even though considering international and national standards it is far below its star rating i.e. 5 star, so far this is the best hotel in this tiny town. Mostly those who consider Satya Sai as their God, come here in his devotion. The hotel is spacious but house keeping needs more attention. If you are looking for your shoe shining, it is hidden in the male bathroom. The hotel doesn’t have egg or non-veg items on its menu as it is pure vegetarian hotel.

JJainIshaWe checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip.
Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also.
After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously?
Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

From the warm welcome at the reception to the yummy food prepared by the Chef - to the meticulous efforts of the housekeeping team, every moment of my stay was marked by very good hospitality.
The Housekeeping Supervisor, Mr. Mungase, demonstrated a level of professionalism and attention to detail that truly set the tone for a delightful experience. His leadership undoubtedly reflects in the exceptional service provided by the team, consisting of Dada, Nilesh, Pandurang, Arjun, and Shard.

We recently planned a sudden trip for Sai Baba’s darshan and came across Renest Shraddha Inn, Shirdi, while browsing online. Impressed by the photos and reviews, we called the hotel directly. The Reservation Manager, Praveen, provided us with detailed guidance and offered excellent rates. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff, and the clean, welcoming ambiance of the lobby was a delight. The check-in was smooth, and our rooms were beautifully decorated with fresh linens and spotless bathrooms. The Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Suyog, personally checked in on us, which made us feel well cared for. With senior citizens in our group, we appreciated Mr. Vinod Sable’s helpful guidance on arranging a smooth darshan for them. In the evening, the hotel served complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies to all guests—a wonderful treat enjoyed in the lush green garden by the pool, creating an unforgettable experience. The team, including Ms. Tina, Bhagesh, Shivam, Tejas, and Sagar, was exceptionally courteous and well-trained. Next time we plan a trip to Shirdi, we will definitely stay at Shraddha Inn. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!

This hotel established in 2014 has historical significance. This hotel is owned by the renowned Gondkar Group of Shirdi. Sai devotees, Late Sri Waman Dada Gondkar and his brother, sri Murlidhar Baba donated their land to Sai Sansthan. On this land known as Lendi Baug, Sri Sai baba cultivated a garden where now the famous samadhi mandir stands. The hotel has all amenities like lift, wifi, A.C. L.C.D. television, telephone, laundry, free parking space, 24x7 hot water supply, mini-frizz, locker facility, coffee/tea maker and complimentary breakfast and free bottled mineral water. Airport transfer is provided on payment. This hotel has rooms of different dimensions to meet the customers’ requirements. All rooms are spacious with a table, a cupboard, chairs or sofas and bathroom accessories. For an extra bed, one has pay one thousand rupees. The superior Room (237 sq. ft) has one king bed. The suit room has one king bed. The deluxe Room is more spacious (301 Sq. ft) and has a king-size bed. The interconnecting room (366 sq. ft) has two king beds. It is connected to the adjacent room through a connecting passage and is convenient for two families. The family room (441 sq.ft) is meant for five people and comprises three beds. The Quadruple Room (431 sq. ft.) with two double beds and one single bed accommodates up to four persons. The corridors, rooms and the lobby room are clean and well-maintained. On the walls of the corridor paintings of famous musicians of Indian classical music are displayed. It would be better to display the paintings of Sri Sai baba and the important events in his life to show the importance of this famous holy place. The synthetic screen shield meant for shielding sunlight does not block bright illumination outside at night. So dark-colored curtains may be better provided to give better ambiance at nighttime. The room service is quite prompt and good. In this hotel pets are not allowed. Smoking and use of alcohol are not permitted. Non-veg and food from outside are not allowed. This hotel has a restaurant by name “Sai Naivedyam”, a multi-cuisine restaurant managed by the famous Hotel G Square. It is a vegetarian restaurant where one can find delicious dishes of South Indian, Asian, Chinese varieties of tiffin and meals. “Sai Amruth” is another restaurant managed by the famous Shetty’s Swatik group. It is a multi-cuisine restaurant specializing in Maharashtrian, South Indian, North Indian, Gujarathi and Rajasthani cuisines. Reached Shirdi on December 31st night by around 11PM. Was a very long drive. This was our sixth visit to Shirdi, our usual hotels were full. Due to New Year, Lakhs of people had come to Shirdi to have darshan on new years eve. Found Sai Bansi after a hectic search. Family rooms were available, bit pricey which is understandable. Manager was very friendly and allotted us a room which had a noisy AC. After complaint, we were given a bigger room on the corner, which we found spacious. But the washroom was very stinky as the window was broken and exhaust was very small. As we were very tired, we settled for the night. Next day, after complaint, we were given a similar room, this was better. Could have been cleaner, but definitely were happy with the change. AC was not sufficient due to the bigger size of the room. They have a restaurant downstairs open towards the road, which was clean and food was good. Room Service was the worst, ordered for coffee, never received even after five to six calls. We just let it go. Looks big from outside, but I feel, maintenance has gone down. It can be a very good hotel. Very close to Baba Mandir, lots of eateries close by. Parking was available. Will visit again, hopefully. Hotel needs to work on cleanliness.

GGuest UserIt was very pleasant to stay at hotel anand palace in shirdi, the staff was very cooperative, even though they did not receive any mail from the company about my booking, they gave me the room, later we talked to customer care and sent them mail, this company's mistake there is a lack of service but the hoteliers gave very good cooperation, clean room, bathroom was also clean, towel soap shampoo tv internet service was also very good and the food was very tasty i would like to go there again and again at the bus stop in front of the hotel and the temple is also very close. The parking for the car was also very big.
