After paying whole amount from make my trip and when we reached the hotel on the day, hotel staff said they didn’t get any confirmation on booking of our room and can’t allot the room

No maintenance at hotel, when electricity goes, there is no generator, water tank is getting empty every 3 hour, and also no proper staff at hotel. Definitely need maintenance specially for plumbing and other stuffs.
