9月の3連休に岩手山に登りました。車で一人だと登ったところへ戻らなければなりませんが、娘が一緒に行ってくれたので、焼走り登山口から網張温泉登山口へ縦走しました。 娘はその間、盛岡観光です。 この日の宿泊はその登山口から車で5分ほどのところにあるペンションハイジです。 ペンションのご主人が市から委託を受けて岩手山の登山道や避難小屋の整備をしたりガイドもされているということで色々山の話ができて楽しかったです。 また10年前にこちらに越されてきた時の冬の想像を絶する雪との奮闘も写真とともに聞かせていただきました。小学校3年生のお嬢さんがいて、小学生の孫がいる私には通学方法とか冬休みのの過ごし方などの話も興味が持てました。 最高だったのは、産直の野菜や肉を使った奥様の手料理（晩飯も朝食も）です。ホテルでもこれだけのものが出せるところってそうは無いと思います。洒落た別荘のような雰囲気のリビングで、材料や料理について説明を聞きながら、美味しい料理を堪能しました。
