Tennyou no Kan Hagoromo Japanese Hotel is a traditional Japanese hotel. We booked a Japanese superior room with two meals. The hotel service was first-rate. The dinner was particularly sumptuous. The approach to Miho Shrine, which takes five minutes each way, is lined with pine trees and known as the "Path of the Gods." The hotel is not particularly "luxurious," but it has a tranquil atmosphere. The furnishings and rooms are traditional and tasteful. When I arrived on foot from the bus stop, the ryokan was closed. I was furious. After settling in, relaxing in the onsen and having dinner, my tensions were forgotten.
