Room is just beside the station very convenient location. Room was clean, was not noisy despite being so near the station. Staff was very friendly as well.

To Shizuoka Airport, take bus No. 14 right outside the hotel. It takes 50 minutes to get to Shizuoka Airport for 1,200 yen. Shizuoka Station and the bus station are all concentrated here, making transportation extremely convenient. Behind the buildings on the right side of the hotel (through the underground passage) are department stores. If you like anime, go to Surugaya, which is known as the largest anime-related toy store. The underground floor of Shizuoka Station has everything, including food, drugstores, and MUJI. There is also a 100-yen store next to Yoshinoya where you can buy some useful and cheap daily necessities. To go to Chibi Maruko-chan Land, take a train for three or four stops to Shimizu Station.
