The hotel's buffet breakfast is good. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Tonosho Port and Fukuda Port. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient to go to Olive Park and Twenty-four Eyes Studio Park, but the bus service is relatively rare. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, and the service is excellent. There is an employee at the front desk who can speak Chinese.

The sea view room has a good view, but the quality of the two meals is average. For the same price, the two meals provided by the hot spring hotels in Kinugawa and Yufuin are both separate kaiseki cuisine, while this hotel only arranges a buffet, and the price is expensive, so the cost performance in this aspect is average, but everything else is okay.
