I was in parkway inn before as well, but that was with friends. I stayed with my wife this time. It wasn't plea-sent experience. Heater wasn't working, they fixed tv issues after multiple followup.

This hotel's location s good. But the facilities, neatness, comfort and other features are very very below average. I can say not fitting for the cost that is paid. Pipe fittings and washroom are very bad and no hot water. Poor hygiene in washroom and unclean linen. There were stains on the bed and it was very unconvincing. For a little higher cost, a four star hotels are available in the vicinity.

M#m#t will simply overprice this hotel to show that's it's premium. Its not. Taps are broken in bathroom n you get hot water splashes. Mat outside bathroom was provided after request. Two bottles (non packaged) had water in it with two glasses. No covered parking. Tap water is brackish. Also had no power for 5mins @ night. Staff is courteous n well mannered. Wifi doesn't work.

Let me give the honest feedback, before checking in was so worried about how the rooms will be, but the room was good and the best part is the service the provide. Everything we asked are done by the room service guys instantly. Goods:
room service at top notch
restaurants availablity
clean n hygiene restrooms things to improve:
blankets have some dirt spots
reception call was not connecting properly sometimes i will definitely recommend this hotel for all a solid 4 star rating
hope they will improve the points i told and get a full 5star rating next time.
