I wanted to visit Masinagudi for a while with parents and on the reco of my neighbour visited Jungle hut resorts. Both my parents are above 70 n particularly my mother cannot walk a lot, so I had requested for a room close to the dining and other areas. Though I was skeptical in staying at resorts close to Jungle while making the booking, I was pleasantly surprised while the staff Shruti & Tracy called me well before i landed at the property for info on preferences, routes etc. On reaching the property, we were given a room which was fairly Accessible from the dining compared to the others which was good. We were also briefed about the rules of the property by Jibran, who manages the property. He assisted us into the rooms. From the interiors of the room, to some of the facilities within like the water carrier, solar heated water, non slippery tiles in the bath, plastic stool of various sizes for use etc, i should say they have done an excellent job in doing whatever they can to ensure a comfortable stay for guests particularly seniors. The surroundings of the resort gave a quiet, serene and relaxing time for my parents away from city hustle which they enjoyed. Coming to the staff, all of them were very courteous and always on their toes to get things done for guests. The food ( all times ) had a good enough variety and awesome taste for vegetarians (me being one). Overall it was an amazing stay
