Located on the second floor (18 steps up), the spacious living room opens to the kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area and is surrounded by an amazing view of the trees and mountains beyond. This unit includes a spacious guest room and a large master bedroom that opens up to its own covered deck with a spectacular view of the forest. Steps away from Sitgreaves national forest (hiking, biking, ATV), and minutes away from fools hollow lake (fishing, boating, kayaking). you will love this place.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Clean after your pet. Leave no smell/damage behind.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:1- It would be appreciated to clean the BBQ after use. This property is just as described and the pictures are exactly what is shown on line. The view is spectacular and the home very clean and has everything needed for a short or longer stay. The development is my favorite in Show Low as this is the 4th time we have stayed in this particular area. The electric fireplace was so awesome and a nice plus during our stay. The hosts were great and responsive when needed. Highly recommend this lovely home as you will not be disappointed.The Banners from Florida

Great view- Great accommodations- Great Host!
