The room layout is very warm, simple, clean and comfortable. The store was warm and considerate. I took my child to take the exam, and the store proactively contacted the vehicle to take us to our destination. Thank you very much for the store's help.

Best accommodation in town by far, owners are amazing and the place is just perfect. Breakfast 10 out of 10. Very warm welcome, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. The guest house was in a very good location too. Please visit if you have the chance

Lovely bed and breakfast, very clear and comfortable. The host's were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a large selection. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre. Car parking is on the street so no private parking. The stairs may be a little steep for some people. Highly recommended.

Met up with a friend at this delightful guest house. Louise is an excellent host and was very informative about the area and where to visit. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and set us up for the day. Room was clean and well presented and Louise thoughtfully gave us an extra heater as it was a chilly day. Can highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Anton Guest House. From the moment we booked, Louise did everything to ensure our stay and first visit to Shrewsbury was faultless and enjoyable from start to finish. Knowing we were arriving by train, she provided us with easy instructions from the station plus a list of recommended places to eat. We cannot fault the hospitality Louise provides: a lovely comfortable room, all the luxury elements ( the bedding, fluffy white towels, welcome tray to mention a few) Louise is a lovely lady and bakes the most amazing cakes, especially Lemon Drizzle Cake, what a treat! Thank you Louise. We will be very happy to stay again.

Think carefully before you book anywhere else! Easy to find, parking outside, charming host, short walk to the town center, couple of nice watering holes en route, and return, everything you need in the room, exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, whatever you want for breakfast, and homemade cake, cake like your remember when you ate it without guilt! This is a guest house, not a hotel. For an overnight stay to see Shrewsbury, it was fine for us. Would we stay again? could I have another slice of the cake please.

Just back from a weekend stay at Anton Guest house! We had such an enjoyable stay. Came across Anton guest house through wanting to use a ‘buy a gift’ voucher. Upon confirmation of the booking, I received an email with detailed information on where to go in Shrewsbury as well as suggested restaurants we should book. Upon arrival, we were pleased to see that was a great location and about a 15 min walk into town. Breakfast was delicious! Louise is a great host, she makes fresh cakes almost daily to provide to her guests. There is also a fridge available for guests to use which is handy. Louise has thought of everything to enable her guests to have a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back.
